Shipping

Orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class post, and I send parcels twice a week. I aim to post within seven days, this allows for unexpected events like illness which cannot be anticipated.

Shipping costs are calculated using the Royal Mail postage charts and are based on the total weight of a parcel, plus £1 for packaging. This reflects the actual cost of sending the parcel and while it may not be exact to the penny, I do not make a profit on postal charges.

Rates are zoned for the UK (zone 1), USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand (zone 2) and Everywhere Else (zone 3).

I have in the past offered combined postage on multiple orders. I am no longer able to offer combined shipping in this way. Refunding postage is complicated and time-consuming and the potential for error is much greater which is not helpful to anyone.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any part of your order, you may return it within seven days of arrival for a full refund. Postage costs are not refunded.

Refunds are made using the original method of payment for purchase.

Proof of Posting (free from the Post Office) must be obtained and retained by the sender so that a claim can be made with the Royal Mail in the event of it being lost or damaged in transit.

The item must be in original condition with the labels intact. In particular it must not have been exposed to tobacco smoke which would adversely affect my ability to offer it for sale again.
